I regularly flip fashion magazines both local and overseas to get up to speed on the latest style trends, beauty products and to get clued in on that IT handbag. In my mind, I always envisage myself decked out in a classy, intellectual outfit, looking elegant, trendy and interesting.

 Alas. I am lazy.

Being fashionable requires discipline, hardwork and a thinking mind. From seeing the potential in an outfit, to buying it, to learning to fit that outfit into various work/causal situations, to accessorizing requires careful thought and good housekeeping! Not to mention good planning and time management every morning! :)

My lazy attitude towards grooming has resulted in me wearing the same ole outfits day after day despite my pretty extensive wardrobe.

I came across this blog The Sartorialist (whom I have added to my Links page) who has inspired me to work at being better dressed and more presentable. His blog captures photos of the man on the street wearing his/her clothes in a stylish/fahionable/interesting way that has gotten the fashion industry buzzing. More about him here.

Now, I just need discipline!
