I like to watch “Nigella Express” on AFC. Her show has great visuals and tips for the working woman to whip up a healthy balanced meal for the family. What I like about her is that she is not impossibly skinny or too hung up over her size and that she never puts out meals with zero oil or salt.  

Times interviews her and presents her take on The big issue:

“Her experience (the deaths of a mother, sister and husband from cancer) has also made her see thinness as something to dread rather than aspire to. “I associate thinness with dying. My mother had real eating issues. When she had cancer, she said, ‘This is the first time I have eaten without worrying,’ and that is chilling.”
