Sat morning and we were off to Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve to do the Prawn Watch! It was not only educational, it was also good to get out for some fresh air and some sun. After that we headed over to the Dragonfruit Farm and Goat Farm…farm hopping is fun! Did you know that the Dragonfruit is a Cactus???!!!

During my bout of mouth throat ulcers and general inflammation of the entire throat, the magic cure was a mouth gurgle recommended by a colleague and my mum called Bactidol and Manuka Honey with active UMF.

When I swallowed the active UMF honey…the honey attacked the raw wounds on my throat and it hurt! However, the stuff works man…after just 3 teaspoons, my throat ulcers healed and the inflammation went down. The honey did what the tons of western medication couldn’t…

Anyway, I am a convert…manuka honey with active umf is great stuff!

having a throat full of ulcers is terrible! I can’t eat my favourite foods, every swallow burns the throat and am reduced to blah liquids for nourishment for now.

sigh, i feel terrible and for those out there who refuse to eat just to look thin, please bear this in mind ” being able to eat is a blessing!”

Although on the pricey side, Gap has clothes that are easy to wear and comfortable. Their easy to mix and match basic pieces are right up my alley for both work and weekend.

Met up with Jann the other day for din din and catch up…not only was it super exciting coz of certain upcoming new events in her life but she introduced me to a fantastic combination of ice cream!

Introducing Swenson’s Frosted Chocolate Malt… ya I know a lot of you would have tried this loooong ago. Somehow I always got distracted by the famous coit tower and never tried other combis….*I blame HL in this matter….he swears that only Coit is good and that the rest sucks.

After the disappointment of not getting books 3 and 4. I have shifted my attention to “Train Man“, the story of a shy geek who shares his dating happenings in a a forum thread that garnered so much attention that it became a TV series, spawned a manga series etc…man…the internet generation can be scary!
